Meet Our Partners In Song
The Northshoremen Chorus - The barbershop chorus of Beverly, MA where we began and continue to enjoy the talents and camaraderie of our fellow members.
Northeastern District - The Northeastern District includes chapters from New England, New York plus our good friends of Nova Scotia & Newfoundland, Canada.
Barbershop Harmony Society - The Society is comprised of over 800 individual chapters and is the international parent organization of our quartet & chorus.
Harmony Foundation - The foundation is a nonprofit corporation founded in 1959 and is the philanthropic partner of the Barbershop Harmony Society.

Barbershop Favorites
although the society was founded in the 1930s, the "Golden Era" of barbershop song was roughly from 1890 to 1920, and most of the old favorites are American music derived from the vaudeville era.
Doo-Wop
music rooted in rhythm & blues, characterized by words and syllables sung in harmony against a stylized rhythmic melody.
