Singing Valentines
Quartets from the Windmill Chorus will be delivering singing
valentines to lucky sweethearts all over the greater Holland
area in February. For a $40 fee, a tuxedo-clad quartet will serenade
your sweetheart with two songs, a card, a mug of candy, and a
photo of the event in its own commemorative stand. To schedule
a Singing Valentine in the greater Holland area for 2008, contact
us at (616) 394-0364.
If you would like to send a valentine outside of the Holland
area, check out the nationwide Singing Valentines registry:

Doctors of Good Cheer
The
Doctors of Good Cheer is a Barbershop quartet dressed in Doctor's
garb to do just as it says, spread cheer. If someone is sick,
or just had an operation or if they are just having a bad week
and need some visitors to cheer them up, face it we've all been
there. The "Doctors" will come to your home or to the
hospital or retirement home, wherever the "cheer" may
be needed. They sing some good old barbershop songs and tell
some corny jokes to go along with their zany skit. Before they
leave they will leave a small prescription of candy and wishes
of good cheer.
The cost for this service is:
- You must groan at the corny jokes
- You can smile if you feel the need, even laugh if the spirit
so moves
- Tell others that may need a good cheering
There is no monetary charge for this service, donations however
are accepted.
Contact Doctors Of Good Cheer by calling our Harmony Hall @ 616-394-0364
and press 3 to leave a message. Remember when you're smilin'
the whole world smiles with you.
