THE FRANK THORNE CHAPTER

| The name of this chapter is in honor of one of our past International Presidents, Frank H. Thorne of Chicago. He also sang with the 1942 gold medalist quartet, The Elastic Four. The purpose of this chapter is to give a haven for those who for various reasons choose not to join the chapter nearest them. (distance, travel, etc). Each is encouraged to attend | our conventions and compete in quartets in our competition.
Currenfly there are 36 men who reside in the Southwestern District holding membership in the Frank Thorne chapter. They are welcome members of this district and although not represented in these chapter histories they are an important part of our Society and our District. |
