Chorus of the Atlantic
Each member is expected to attend the weekly chapter meetings. These meetings include warm-up excersises with tag singing and quartetting, a chorus rehearsal, discussion of upcoming events, etc. now and then there are extra meetings to attend for special help from outside coaches.
Each member is expected to learn the notes and words of the chorus's active repertoire within a reasonable period of time.
Each member is expected to bring his music (and a pencil) to chapter meetings so he can make notes of breath marks and other notations as indicated by the director.
Each member is expected to properly maintain all of the uniforms issued to him, including their cleaning, repairs and alterations. These uniforms remain the property of the chapter.
Each member is needed to support the chapter by taking part in its shows and public performances. This may be difficult at times, but he needs to make a commitment to help insure a great impression on our audiences and prospective new members.
