Anderson, VP-Bulletin Editors, PROBEVice-President for Bulletin Editors, Bruce Anderson opened the meeting with a welcome and asked all to join him in singing "My Wild Irish Rose." After the song, each individual in the room introduced himself and told about his bulletin experience. Two bulletins were distributed. One bulletin contained judging guidelines for Layout and Reproduction judges and the other bulletin contained information as to the proposed changes in the PROBE guidelines. This was in addition to other articles of interest. VP Anderson then asked those attending to break up into three groups and discuss the three categories of judging and report back to the general group. The comments from the groups are:
Grammar and StyleJudging sheets really need no changes; the only help would be examples of errors or good style.

L & R had no report, just discussion as above. The meeting was closed and VP Anderson again invited those in attendance to consider becoming a judge and to be sure to attend the PROBE general meeting to be held immediately after the current meeting.
