Who We AreThe Macomb Prairieland Chorus is a chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of BarberShop Quartet Singing in America (SPEBSQSA). Our chapter is comprised of men of all ages and from numerous fields of employment. Our common interest is the love of singing four-part harmony in the barbershop style, one of the few distinctly American music art forms.
Come Join Us!If you are one of those guys who keeps humming a tune throughout the day or sing in a church choir or was a part of the show chorus in high school, the Prairieland Chorus would like you to know that they've got just the outlet for your untapped talent. Why don't you stop in and pay a visit with the guys on a Monday evening at 7:29 at the Macomb Presbyterian Church, on the corner of Dudley and Carroll in Macomb. You'll find a terrific bunch of guys who will treat you to the joys of four-part harmony. Give us a try! We know you'll get a satisfaction in harmonizing that's hard to find anywhere else.
