The Northern Stars Chorus is under the direction of
Musical Co-directors Stuart MacMartin and Chris MacMartin.

We are an all male chorus based in Nepean, Ontario with singers from all parts of the National Capital Region (Ottawa, Nepean, Kanata, Orleans, and Gatineau, as well as from Lanark County) who enjoy singing a wide variety of music - contemporary a cappella, gospel, showtunes, barbershop, comedy, folk, classical, and more - all in the Barbershop style.

We are in our 20th year of enjoying singing, fellowship, and entertaining audiences, and we are continually improving our performance level and finding new challenging, interesting, and exciting songs to perform. Periodically we participate in the Ontario Disctrict Convention of the Barbershop Harmony Society and we have in recent years placed third.
