Incidentally, this arrangement was written before, during, and after Hurricane Katrina. I could not have chosen two more appropriate songs. Click here for the score.

TRASHIN' THE CAMP (!) From the hit Disney movie "Tarzan"

SON OF MAN (!) From the hit Disney movie "Tarzan"

TARZAN MEDLEY (!) Includes all three songs listed above.

THAT'S ALL (!) This arrangement is based on the beautiful Michael Buble' rendition.

YOUR SONG (!) The classic Elton John hit from 1970 in a haunting lead solo arrangement.

I HEAR MUSIC (!) This straight-ahead swinger from the big band era makes a great show opener. Currently being performed by Saturday Evening Post.

THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE ME  A lovely old ballad from Jerome Kern, this arrangement is reminiscent of the smooth big-band style of the '40's.

HEY, GOOD LOOKIN' (!)  One of my all-time favorites, the honky-tonk classic by Hank Williams, in a driving jazzy setting.

CAJUN MEDLEY (!)  "Louisiana Saturday Night" and "Cajun Moon" make a high-spirited fais deaux deaux. Laissez les bon temp roulez !

KING OF THE DISCO  Here's an original that I wrote in one of my crazier moods. It's about a nerd who refuses to give up when he gets dusted off by a good-looking chick!

JUST BETWEEN OLD FRIENDS  Inspired by my impressions of the 2002 International Convention, this is an eloquent expression of the camaraderie and the joy in music that we share. This sensitive ballad makes a good closing number for shows and afterglows.

ONE MORE BARBERSHOP SONG  This new original was inspired by two members of an International Champion quartet singing in the stairwell all night with the guys at Harmony College. I call it an "after-afterglow song".

CHRISTMAS STAYS THE SAME (!)  A very lyrical and heartwarming ballad recorded by the wonderful singer Linda Eder. Lush arrangement, excellent for large choruses. Now being sung by the Masters of Harmony and Max Q! Learning tracks now available from Tim Waurick, http://www.timtracks.com

GOOD TIDINGS MEDLEY   Three Christmas favorites, including "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", "Stars Were Gleaming", and a rollicking rendition of "Ding, Dong, Merrily On High". Sung by Alchemy on the West Towns Chorus 2005 Christmas show.

THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER YOU (!)  You'll surely recognize this timeless old standard ... at least until the second chorus, where it takes a bizarre turn as a rejected lover tries to "get even", ending in a futile childish taunt!

WALTZ FOR DEBBY (!)  A beautiful jazz standard by the great pianist Bill Evans. Will touch the heart of any dad who's ever had a little girl. Now being sung by Realtime, 2005 International Champion quartet..
