Sweet Adelines International is a worldwide, non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and teaching four-part barbershop harmony, an American folk art, for women's voices. The Jersey Harmony Chorus is the Princeton, NJ chapter, a part of Region 15, the Greater New York region.

Under the direction of Director Rich Gray, our chorus boasts members from Mercer, Somerset, Middlesex, Ocean, Hunterdon counties in New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Some of our members have participated in Sweet Adelines for over 30 years. Others are novices.

Our membership includes women of all ages and represents a wide range of occupations and backgrounds. Our common bond is a love of singing and performing. Our repertoire includes popular ballads, lively uptunes, jazz, patriotic, blues... a wide variety of music that's fun to sing and fun to listen to.

We meet weekly for rehearsal on Monday evenings at 7:15 p.m. We have several coaching sessions throughout the year and optional workshops. The essential requirements for membership are the ability to carry a tune and the time to attend weekly rehearsals. All women are eligible to audition for membership.
