Activities ..........   Our chorus promotes barbershop harmony locally by appearing at civic events, including the Kansas State Fair and “Hutchfest” as well as performing for local assisted living and nursing facilities, hospitals, and other nonprofit organizations.  This past year we performed for the RSVP Volunteer Appreciation night and the Trinity Methodist Church Valentine Dinner among others.

"Singing Valentines" and presentation of an annual show are also annual chorus events and we are able, thru these activities and others to support our annual budget and to finance much of our members expense for participation in various regional activities during the year. These include the annual Region 7 Competition, Music schools, and coaching sessions for the chorus. We annually award $600.00 in scholarships to 2 deserving students chosen by the Hutchinson Community College Endowment Association and Music Department. 

In addition to our main mission, singing well, the chorus offers fun and friendship as well as many opportunities for personal growth. Through membership you can:

• increase your confidence and ability to appear in performances.

• increase your knowledge about costuming, choreography, make-up and other performance related areas.

• participate in administration, finance, public relations, marketing or other areas.

There are many ways to get involved and enough variety for everyone's tastes. You may participate at your own level of enthusiasm and availability
