OK, so the chapter picnic was back in August and this is the Sept-Oct issue, but I had gone to press before I could report that once again we had a very successful picnic and a good time was had by all.

Once again we had good food and wonderful fellowship complete with games and singing. There were special games for the children and bingo for the ladies. In the more competitive adult games, Bob Parker & Rich Stevens won the egg toss (there was a rumor about a hard boiled egg being snuck into the game, but the evidence mysteriously disappeared). John Power & George Kosak displayed winning form in winning at horseshoes. The husband/wife team of Ralph and Joanne Rock were the winners in the bocci tournament.
