The Humdingers, who perform 365 days a year at a popular family vacation destination in Orlando, FL have been entertaining music
lovers of all kinds for over 30 years. Their blend of singing, dancing, and comedy have made them one of the longest running
entertainment groups in the Orlando area. Let's introduce the guys.
Chad Bennett, singing baritone, is originally from Logan, WV and at 6'7" is the tallest member of the group. Now living in Davenport,
FL, he has been performing with the Dapper Dans of WDW since 1998. Chad most recently sang tenor with 1997 Sunshine District
Champion and five time International Quartet Contest Representative Wiseguys . While attending Marshall University he was tenor singer
with 1993 International College Quartet Champion Heritage Station . Chad enjoys spending time with his daughter Ashleigh, playing the
guitar, and reciting original poetry Thursday afternoons on the front steps of the Orange County Courthouse.
On the bass part, and originally from Findlay, OH, is Kevin Miles. Kevin lives in Ocoee, FL with his wife Jeri and kids Molly and Matt.
Singing with the Voices of Liberty at Walt Disney World's EPCOT Center is where Kevin started and has been singing professionally for
over 20 years! Before pursuing a position in the Dapper Dans of WDW, Kevin was told he should join a quartet to get some experience.
He took that advice and with his quartet PLATINUM, he became an International Barbershop Quartet Champion in 2000. We think he's
starting to catch on to the style. In his spare time Kevin enjoys camping with his family, working in his home recording studio, and is
the current points leader in the National Lawnmower Racing circuit.
Singing lead and originally from Shreveport, LA is Steve Culpepper. Steve now lives in Lakeland, FL with his wife Vicki and kids Jeff and
Christi. Barbershop quartetting as a hobby ended for Steve in 1978 when he joined the Dapper Dans of WDW. Yeah, right! Actually
Steve has won three Sunshine District quartet championships in his spare time with Sunshine Association , Vocal Gentry , and Cypress
Chord Club . Aside from singing barbershop Steve enjoys being with his family, fishing, and in 1982 was the first runner up in the
International “I can dress myself!” Contest.
Our tenor singer is Drew Kirkman. Originally from Terre Haute, IN, Drew joined the Dapper Dans of WDW in 2005. He now resides in
Lakeland, FL with his wife Chris and daughter Kylie. Drew grew up singing barbershop in the Cardinal District and won the International
Gold Medal with Michigan Jake in 2001. In his spare time, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, following whatever sports are
in season, and volunteering as an orange juice taster at the local orange juice processing plant.
