While backstage on a break, the Dappers, rooted on by fellow cast members, are having a
little fun attempting to activate their home-made contraption in homage to Rube Goldberg.
Through his wacky cartoons, which depicted the most elaborate and ridiculous devices to
accomplish the most mundane tasks, the Pulitzer Prize winning editorial cartoonist Rube
Goldberg became synonymous with any maximum effort to achieve minimal results. Please see
