1997, The Applause Show has been an outlet
for many groups to
showcase their music on the air as well as a resource
for lovers of
contemporary a cappella and barbershop music
to heard
groups of a wide variety.
SUBMITTING MUSIC FOR AIRPLAY
We are always
looking for new music to present to our audiences.
Here's How
to Get Your Music on The “APPLAUSE” Show
We
have a standing offer. We will promote any barbershop or
a cappella group who sends us their music providing
that the
lyrics are suitable for airplay. The policy of the show is that
we request three (3) copies of each
CD
Three
Copies
* One copy stays in the permanent show
library
* One copy is given away the first week
when we preview the
new CD. We play three cuts, your choice or
ours, and we tell folks where they can get the
CD.
* One copy is retained in the “premium”
library for use as a
“thank you” gift for people who financially support the
show.
