WOODSHEDDING HAVEN
The "Marietta" suite in the Hyatt will be the 'shedding room. It will
open on Monday, June
29 for the duration of the convention, with hours pretty much anytime a
contest session or AHSOW meeting is not occurring. Prepare to immerse
yourself in good woodshedding into the wee hours every night, and plan on
no sleep at all on Saturday night!
Tuesday, June 30 - Board Meeting - 8:00 pm
Hanover Suite E, Hyatt Regency Atlanta
All AHSOW members are welcome to attend.
Friday, July 3 - General Membership Meeting - 9:00 am

All AHSOW members are expected to attend; this forum is for
you!
Members and officers of SPEBSQSA may attend if interested. AHSOW
members
will vote on Board nominations and other issues that require
approval of
AHSOW's membership.
Per tradition, AHSOW's General Meeting is held before the
International
chorus contest. The 1997 General Meeting was called to order,
conducted
and completed in a record time of 36 minutes. This allowed all
attendees
ample time to reach the contest arena and settle in their seats
for the
chorus contest. Will AHSOW's legendary organizational efficiency
lead to a
new record this year? AHSOW members who wish to be part of
history should
attend the 1998 General Meeting in order to find out.
