To read our publication you will need to have a PDF file reader installed your computer. You can use Adobe Reader, (simply click here to obtain Adobe Reader,) However, this webmaster recommends Foxit Reader which is a much smaller program that loads and runs much more quickly.

To get Foxit Reader go to http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php and then click on "Download." When the next page appears, click "Download Foxit Reader 2.0 (Installer: .exe, 1.65 MB)." When the download is complete click on the downloaded file and when the installation is complete, open Foxit Reader. Click [Help] and make sure there is check mark on "Set To Default PDF Reader."
