Our quartet started ringing chords way back in 1994. We got together after a chorus show and decided that it was time for us to get going so we could be on the next years show. We have competed in District, Divisional, and International Preliminary contests and have gained a vast amount of experience since our start. The quartet name was derived from the experience each of us had to go through to meet to practice. Two of our members lived in Springfield, Missouri while another lived in Lebanon, Missouri while the remaining(and most special) member was attending engineering school at the University of Missouri at Rolla. The road connecting all of us was, you guessed it, Interstate 44. We sing regularly for all types of functions, including Singing Valentines, church get-togethers, parties of all kinds, and pretty much anywhere we can get people to listen to us.
