In September, The Piping Plovers Quartet sang at Ed's 65th Army Infantry Division's annual reunion in Atlantic City. The quartet was a big hit and it was great to have Ed get recognition for his musical talent by singing for the men/women of the 65th. The quartet felt honored to sing for these remarkable veterans who are members of what is considered "the greatest generation"

 

The Cape Harmonaires Barbershop Chorus are shown here presenting a $1,000.00 check to the Principal of the school to be used for their music program. Dennisville allows the Harmonaires to rehearse at their school every week and the check was presented in appreciation of their hospitality

Bob Scheetz, a founding member of The Cape Harmonaires was recently honored as the first member of the Cape Harmonaires Harmony Hall of Fame. For over 20 years, Bob has truly represented the heart and soul and spirit of The Cape Harmonaires Barbershop Chorus.

Come Join Us

We are always looking for new members, so if you like to sing why don’t you come join us? We meet every Tuesday from 7:30pm till 9:30pm, September thru May, at the Dennisville Elementary School. Call us for directions or if you want a lift to the meeting. More than likely someone lives close by who wouldn’t mind picking you up.

We are always happy to have visitors (ladies too) and we welcome new members
